While promoting her upcoming docuseries “Mariah’s World,” the 46-year-old songstress talked to E! News’ Zuri Hall about what she eats to maintain the body so many are obsessed with.
When Hall poses the question, Carey seems exasperated by it (we feel you, girl), but still reveals the two things she eats ― the only two things.
“It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it. You don’t need it,” Carey says, in her most unenthused tone. “All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it.”
This is the most Mariah answer ever. There are still so many unanswered questions.
Is the salmon cooked? Is it raw? Are the capers and salmon put together or does she nom on the capers like almonds?
“I try to stick with the proteins,” Carey elaborates, adding: “It’s the worst.”
Uh, yeah, that diet sounds like the worst.
