This 'Glass Ceiling' Board Game For Girls Proves The Struggle Is Too Real

A funny take on an ugly truth.

Comedy Central is bringing a dose of harsh reality to playtime for little girls everywhere.

A new video from the channel features a fictional board game for girls called "The Glass Ceiling" (another version of the game for young white boys is called "Privilege," naturally). As three little girls play the game and navigate what it's like to be a woman in the workplace, they quickly run into obstacles like losing a promotion to an unqualified male counterpart and running into men who feel emasculated by their skills.

"But none of this is fair," one fed-up little girl says in the video after being instructed to move back two spaces for looking "too distracting" to her male coworkers.

It's only a game, girls. Well, actually...
