Eric N. Kniffin is legal counsel for The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, a Washington, D.C.-based public interest law firm protecting the free expression of all religious traditions. Since joining The Becket Fund in 2009, Eric has been active in defending the rights of religion and conscience in the workplace and the public square. Before coming to the Becket Fund, he worked for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, defending the rights of prisoners, tenants and houses of worship.
