Pop-Culture Spin-Offs I'd Like to See

These days, it seems that a movie can't get made unless it has first been a comic book, a board game, a toy or a breakfast cereal. (Seriously, what's holding up that buddy-cop movie where streetwise Sugar Bear and by-the-book Cap'n Crunch pursue the Cocoa Puffs cuckoo bird?) And you're not truly a four-quadrant tentpole boffo smasheroo if you can't spawn a secondary revenue stream of derivative videogames, coloring books, Halloween costumes and Fruit Roll-Ups.

But, for some entertainment properties, lucrative merchandising opportunities remain unexploited...until now.
