Ernest Nitzberg started out as a writer and became a teacher. He taught in the New York City School System for thirty three years and retired to become a writer again. While teaching, he received a Fulbright and taught in England. In addition to a resumed interest in writing for the theater, he is now engaged in writing a novel. He lives in New York but travels frequently to South America, Europe and China where he is a consultant for Metropolis Publishing in Beijing.
