Eyes & Ears (E&E) is the Huffington Post’s citizen journalism unit -- a community of writers, researchers, and multimedia journalists committed to generating ground-level reporting and public interest investigations.
Contributors to E&E provide original news coverage utilizing an array of mediums, from text and Twitter to video and photojournalism. They also recommend stories, produce raw data for original reported stories, search through large amounts of data/documents for hidden gems and/or trends, monitor TV and radio shows, and much more.
A key focus of Eyes & Ears has been telling stories that reveal the human impact of the global economic meltdown. But E&E covers a range of issues as diverse as it members -- everything from American politics to wildfires in California and social life in Pakistan.
