Very informative, thanks.
Recipe: Casserole easy; Tuna, canned peas,crm mushroom soup, potato chips. Layer chips, mixture, top chips, bake. Serve with a few chips. Kids love it.
Eat tuna every work day for lunch & found this article helpful.

When I lived in London last year I noticed "pole-caught" tuna was widely sold & easy to find, especially in on-the-go eateries like Pret-A-Manger. They really were good about making it accessible and shown as important. I wish it were like that in the U.S. Everything seems to be "Albacore" and caught by huge nets...really disappointing.
