This Wednesday, September 15th, Bravo will debut their new competitive cooking spin-off Top Chef: Just Desserts. Critiquing the challengers will be Johnny Iuzzini, who is the executive pastry chef at the three-starred Michelin restaurant Jean Georges in New York City.
We spoke with Johnny about his new show, the rumor that he is leaving Jean Georges to work with chef Michael White, his recent birthday trip to Spain, where he likes to eat and drink in New York, and his favorite chocolates to use for pastries.
