Flora Nicholas
Flora Nicholas is a (non) Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe winning writer, producer, director. And an actual Huffington Post blogger.

Flora started her professional career in advertising and has worked for some of the world’s best agencies, including Young and Rubicam, Ogilvy and Mather, Arnold Worldwide, and Collett Dickenson Pearce. (Yep, this mad woman grew up in the real life world of Mad Men!!)

During the course of her crazy career, Flora has created advertising campaigns for a whole host of famous clients. Yes folks, the likes of McDonalds, Reebok, Heinz, Mobil, and Mars have all benefited from Flora’s ability to sell ice to Eskimos. So if you’ve ever been persuaded to buy, wear, or eat anything you totally and utterly regret, you know who to blame!!

Flora is currently the head honcho-ess at Brainwave Productions where she is busily applying her brain and her skills to the world of TV, documentary and film production. In fact, her recent creations include prospective TV series such as “American Nose Pickers”, “Undercover Kittens”, and “Extreme Makeover: Igloo Edition.” (It’s that “selling ice to Eskimos” thing again.)

Flora will proudly tell you that she does have a bunch of actual awards to her name. Said awards include top advertising awards, a major Department Of Justice Award, and her personal all time favorite, the “Grey Flesh Eating Monkeys Assistant Coach Of The Year” award.

If the overwhelming desire to meet Flora ever hits you, you can find her living in the suburbs of Washington D.C. with her arty, farty hubby Paul, and her most creative productions to date, her two kids, Sophie and Andrew.
