I love using spiralized zucchini in place of pasta noodles. So healthy, cool and refreshing. But the name Zuccaghetti is pretty bad. Sounds juvenile.

I don't see anything about a pasta dish made with canned sardines and canned tomatoes that is evocative of summer. That recipe is no more summery than is a Christmas roast goose.

But the baked pasta dish that is laden with so much cheese, that is even less summery, that's just foolishness including that here.

This is some extremely lazy work on the part of whoever put this together.

Why no pasta with fresh clams and fresh tomatoes? What's not obvious about that?
