that City Bakery hot chocolate in the first pic looks so gross, it doesn't even look like a drink. the one from Kopplin's definitely looks the best of the lot.

You missed Burlington, Vermont's "Champlain Chocolates." Their "Old World Cocoa" and "Old World Mocha" are the most delicious hot drinks I've ever tasted.

I'll have to try Clementine's hot chocolate since it's in my hood. However, NOTHING beats hot chocolate from Angelina's in Paris, and I don't have to taste the others to know.

God forbid they include a recipe. I realize the basics but there's some other seasonings in there that make a big difference I'm sure..LOL..Do people in Florida drink hot chocolate? You betcha!!

I always use the recipe on the back of hershey's unsweetened cocoa (with a little extra cocoa). Comes out incredible.

The slide says that the City Bakery melt pure candy bars and tops it off with a homemade marshmallow. I hope they added a bit of cream or half and half otherwise it will harden up pretty quick...unless the idea is when it hardens you can just grab the spoon and eat it on the way out.

I've tried 3 of those...XOCO is truly amazing and goes very well their tasty food.
Clementine is more of a local spot for me that I absolutely love to visit. The cinnamon is really a nice touch and the thought of their sandwiches are making my mouth water as I type this.

Fireside Lounge at the Four Seasons in Vail is my least favorite of the three. It was good and certainly hit the spot during the winter but not as satisfying as the previous two that I mentioned.
