Franck is the founder of CHINICT -- the largest conference on China tech innovation & entrepreneurship -- he has been running since 2005.

Prior to CHINICT, Franck co-founded TripleHop Technologies, headquartered in NYC, acquired by Oracle.

Before TripleHop Technologies, based in Silicon Valley, Franck served as a managing director at Gemplus Associates, making venture capital investments in tech companies.

Prior to Gemplus Associates, Franck occupied sales & business development positions in the smart card industry in Europe, Latin America and the US.

An active angel investor, Franck is the creator of the Qualitative Economic Value™ (QEV™) and the Investment Opportunity Building™ (IOB™) -- private equity investment methods -- he had been teaching part-time at several universities.

Franck is also involved in different charity organizations aimed at providing equal opportunities to teenagers.

As a hobby, Franck is a wine lover and the owner of the Lu di Franco winery.

Franck has lived and worked in several locations (including Silicon Valley, France, Brazil, Mexico and China), speaks fluently five languages, and holds a Msc. in telecom from INT-Telecom (France) and a BA in business from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
