Prior to CHINICT and DEVELOPNEUR, Franck co-founded TripleHop Technologies (headquartered in NYC) - acquired by Oracle.

Before TripleHop Technologies, based in Silicon Valley, Franck served as a managing director at Gemplus Associates, making venture capital investments in tech companies.

Prior to Gemplus Associates, Franck occupied technical, sales & business development positions in the smart card industry in Latin America, the US, and Europe.

Franck supports the United Nations' World Food Programme.

Franck has lived and worked in several locations (including Silicon Valley, France, Brazil, Mexico and China), speaks five languages, and holds a Msc. in telecom from Telecom EM (France) as well as a BA in business from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
