At one time in our lives, all of us have uttered the words "I am so stressed out." It is not healthy to have an abundance of stress in your life. In fact, constant stress may cause a negative effect on nearly all of the major systems in our bodies, creating a very long laundry list of potential health issues. Stress is a state of tension, anxiety and nervousness that is created when you respond to the demands that come from work, school, family and the additional obligations and issues of everyday life.
