Authenticity implies that the princess precedes the queen. It is a gradual unfoldment throughout the stages of life
Yes, pay attention and that commences with the ability to live with yourself.
This means creating quiet moments where you are alone with nothing else to do. You are alone with your thoughts. Watch them but do not participate in them. When you can sit calmly with yourself, a seed is planted which may grow. In other words, you have cultivated the resource that you can take into the busy streets, workplace and home to integrate into daily life. The ability to abide by one's self starts the path towards authenticity.
You have eyes for seeing, ears for listening, be attentive.
