This is the first video in an interview series called "May Cause Miracles," in honor of my forthcoming book. In this series I'll feature my miracle worker friends and riff on how they live a miraculous life. Today's interview is with Danielle Laporte.

We've always been whole and complete, perfect in every way. But in our ignorance of this knowledge we create fears and desires.

Desire is high energy, so it feels good...until the crash. And even after we fufill this desire along comes another one. If getting what we want is supposed to complete us why then is it never enough? This is because we already are complete, so this chasing of desires is done in ignorance of the existing perfection.

Fear, on the other hand, is sluggish, low energy. It is the other side of desire. We think fear can be countered with desire, but in reality they feed on each other. When fear appears we desire its removal; when desire comes along we fear its end.

The real miracle is to understand all is well, all the time, despite the supposed evidence to the contrary.

False Evidence Appearing Real= Fear. I agree with you that we've always been whole and complete, perfect in every way. Yes, I like what you said, "all is well."
