One way to alter the way you experience time is to smile more. Crafty professional boxers know that when they are hit by an opponent’s best shot, smiling back instead of wincing in pain not only disrupts their opponent’s timing; it mentally disrupts them from slipping into defeat and giving up. A smile is also one of your most powerful tools to have a better time and create a better time for others (who aren’t trying to punch you). A smile is contagious; your own smile subconsciously makes you and other people feel good. Feeling down? Practice smiling more and your feelings will begin to adjust, to match your smile, as your mind subconsciously makes connections with positive thoughts. Stop giving photographers and yourself a hard time, smile more and have a better time now.

Stopped the video at 2:46, on the grounds that I can't get that time back.

If you can move at close to the speed of light you can slow down time to almost.........nothing.

Well, not exactly. Time stays the same for you, from your point of view. Your "time" only slows down from the perspective of those who you are accelerating relative to. Of course, since you're not them, it's irrelevant.
