Galt Niederhoffer is a film producer and novelist. She is the author
of two novels, "The Romantics", published July 8, 2008 by St Martin's
Press and "A Taxonomy of Barnacles", 06. She co-founded indy film
company, Plum Pictures with Celine Rattray and Daniela Lundberg. The
company, on Variety's Indy Power List '08, has produced twelve films,
eight of them Sundance Film Festival Selections. Niederhoffer, 32,
has produced over twenty films and lives in Brooklyn with her partner,
filmmaker, Jim Strouse and their two children.
