Art as Activism: André Cymone's Video Premiere of 'America'

Andre Cymone's video premiere "America" is the artist's contribution to President Barack Obama's campaign. Using his art as activism Cymone orchestrated his dedication to America with powerful notes of inspiration motivating listeners to remember their individual American dreams as we collectively rebuild moving forward -- not back.

Cymone gained notability in the early '80s playing bass for Prince and producing Jody Watley chart-topping hits. His return to the music scene was sparked by his passion for politics and what he refers to as the most important presidential election in our history.

All proceeds from the track are being donated to President Barack Obama's 2012 election campaign.
