When in Santa Cruz, California, wax philosophical?

Well, that was the idea. Now considered one of the hottest travel spots in the country, the seaside town is certainly known for its liberal edge and bold spiritual endeavors. Still, a recent trek down the town's main drag, Pacific Avenue, raised eyebrows.

Uh....they were mainly tourists and 'wanderers' - and they haven't been in town THAT long - he hit probably 2 real residents - lady in the store and the guy who said 'be well'.......

Santa Cruz is always changing/re-inventing itself....he should have gone to the Seabright area if he wanted real answers to his cute 'esoteric' questions. That's where the elders live.
