As I climb the rocky surface, time falls away.

I´m utterly absorbed. Tapping into a higher state of awareness.

To get to the top requires full attention. Energized focus. It´s challenging, yet doable. A mental and physical challenge, which makes me learn and happy!

Flow is a state of complete immersion in an activity.

Positive psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi describes the mental state of flow as "being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you're using your skills to the utmost."

When are you in the flow?
Do you recognize it as such?
