Celebrity trainer and nutritionist Harley Pasternak holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto and an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from University of Western Ontario. He is also certified by The American College of Sports Medicine and The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, and served as an exercise and nutrition scientist for Canada’s Department of National Defense for three years.

Pasternak is a New York Times Bestselling Author whose books include 5-Factor Fitness, 5-Factor Diet , The 5-Factor World Diet , and The Body Reset Diet. Harley's books have been translated into 14 languages in over 20 countries around the globe.
