The Corps Scores Again

For people who think New Orleanians bitter about the failure of the Corps of Engineers to build their levees and floodwalls properly are just isolated gripers, this story from Wednesdays Washington Post should be an eye-opener. The Corps "supervised" the construction of Baghdad's police academy, a project that the inspector general for Iraqi Reconstruction (there's a busy man) now describes as a "disaster".
