Hatem Azzam
Hatem Azzam: MP of Egypt’s post-25 January Revolution Parliament and Secretary General of the Industry & Energy Committee (2011-2012) and Member of the Egyptian Constitution Writing Committee (2012). He is a democracy, human rights, transitional & social justice advocate.

He writes for different Arabic newspapers and online portals and has featured in many TV shows & interviews such as Aljazeera Arabic, Aljazeera English, BBC Arabic, and other well-known Arabic TV stations.

By profession, he is a serial entrepreneur holding B.S. in chemical engineering and MBA in international business and had attended different educational & development programs in management, leadership, human rights, law, and transitional justice in world class institutions. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in international relations & strategic studies.
