Understanding how to source, acquire, and then retain employees is a delicate practice. Not only do you have to find the best fit for your organization, but also you have to find the sorts of employees who won't jump ship. Recently, a group of top HR leaders were asked, if they given a $5,000 budget, which tool would they use to streamline the hiring process.
