Hellin Kay is the founder of Champagne and Heels, a daily blog about art, fashion and design in all of its forms. She also works as a brand consultant, photographer, fashion editor and stylist.

Hellin has spent almost fifteen years working as both a freelance contributor (L'Uomo Vogue, i-D, Nylon, French, Blackbook) and as a staff Fashion Director (Russian editions of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle and Spoon Paris), where she created and oversaw fashion shoots and content.

Most recently she was West Coast Fashion Editor for Women’s Wear Daily and Editor in Chief & Creative Director of Signature Magazine, an LA-based fashion and entertainment glossy monthly which Hellin re-designed and re-launched with the September 2009 issue.

Her photography has been published in numerous magazines and books and included in group and solo shows in the US and abroad.

Hellin has photographed advertising campaigns and done brand consulting for Joe's Jeans, Anthropologie, Enza Costa, Alpinestars and others. She has a BA & MFA in Film from Bard College.
