I finished off my Fashion Week at Calvin Klein on Thursday afternoon -- the late show, reserved for the likes of me and Andre Leon Talley. It would have been simple -- and still thrilling -- for Francisco Costa to send a series of little black dresses with matching coats strutting, but that was far from what he had in mind. Apparently inspired by a film called "The Desert," Costa mixed camels, grays and white with ever-so-slightly more daring silhouettes. However, for me, the highlight was the footwear -- chunky, rubbery-looking clomp-clompers that I'm pretty sure I could get by in during the wintriest of weather. Those, and the models' bedhead ponytails. Finally, an achievable trend!
