Positive Thinking Day is a designated 24 hours of the year to make us stop and analyze how we are actually perceiving the things around us. Why you're convinced that when you hit traffic the world is against you, why you react that way when going to the grocery store and everything is fully stocked but the one item you need, why you let that person merge in front of you but they didn't wave as a sign of thanks.
You can't change the traffic patterns, how many jars of tomato sauce the grocery store stockpiles, or other peoples' actions, but rethinking how you're reacting can make a world of difference in your happiness and those around you.
