Horoscope by Rick Levine, Tarot.com

Balancing your innate need to have all the details in place with your current desire to dream big makes it challenging to find peace of mind. You're more intrigued to explore your creativity now without worrying whether or not your ideas will actually work. Nevertheless, you can't just toss the facts out the window. Taking enough time to acknowledge the truth before surrendering to your imagination makes you more effective in the long run. Adding a dash of pragmatism gives your fantasies a fighting chance to come true.

Virgo Love Forecast for the Week of November 17

Week of November 17th, 2014

You might spend time fantasizing with your mate about creating the ideal home situation. In the best possible scenario, the two of you will daydream together and figure out how to make this possible. Unfortunately, there is also the potential for you to feel slightly disappointed about how things are really going these days with your family and your mate. Perhaps one of your relatives isn't feeling the love for your partner in the same way as you. This could be a problem you'll need to address. Ignoring it will only make it worse.

Monthly Horoscope

Say what you mean, and mean what you say

If you've been working toward a certification, license or degree, it's possible you'll be in the homestretch near November 6. You might take a test or other vital qualifying exam that leaves you feeling as if you're one step closer towards achieving that prized piece of paper. Good for you!

Another possibility is that a legal situation will now come to an end. You may be more than "over it," but you will need to follow the procedures necessary to tie it up. Everything appears to be in your favor.

A strong emphasis on communication -- specifically the responsibility of communication -- is apparent for most of this month. You might make a decision about love or money on November 12 that will be long term. If you are a teacher or writer, words of wisdom you share on November 18 will be taken quite seriously by others, so make sure you say what you mean and mean what you say. Do you have a sibling? A conversation with a brother or sister might be meaningful or difficult on November 25, depending on the circumstances.

Still, despite the serious tone of these days, it appears that in general your home and family life are looking more positive by month's end. You may begin a home decorating project after November 16, but even if you don't you'll notice that peace and harmony prevails between you and relatives. Looking to move? Make plans after November 22 to start looking, or put your place on the market.

Talk the talk

This might not be a game-changing month for you in terms of career, but that doesn't mean there's nothing happening. Everything seems to focus around communication. Saturn, the planet of limitation but also discipline and responsibility, has been touring your 3rd House of Messages since October 2012, with the intention of teaching you how to be a better communicator.

About the Sign

Virgo (August 23 - Sept. 22)

The Virgo is highly discriminating, but not necessarily as prudish at some might believe. In ancient times, a Virgin was a woman who was not the property of man, and therefore had the legal right to just say "no." Now, in modern times, you Virgos are known for your ability to be highly discriminating -- especially when it comes to matters of personal desire. When Virgo is ready, however, to say yes, the laser-like focus of your passion is anything but prudish.
