Howard Gutman is a partner in a Washington D.C. law firm and an original member of the Obama National Finance Committee. He is a frequent commentator on the 2008 Campaign on both television and radio.

A former Supreme Court law clerk and former Assistant to the Director of the FBI, Mr. Gutman has advised a wide variety of Democrat candidates, including candidates for President, Senate, Governor and Congress.
