Howard Fradkin, Ph.D. is the co-chairperson of the MaleSurvivor Weekends of Recovery program (www.malesurvivor.org). He has directed 34 intensive weekends for over 615 male survivors of sexual abuse since 2001. Dr. Fradkin and his all volunteer facilitator team of 14 psychotherapists have built this program into the country’s most highly respected experiential weekend of its kind. As a psychologist for the past 28 years and the founder of Affirmations: A Center for Psychotherapy and Growth, a private practice in Columbus, Ohio (www.affirmationstherapy.com), he has worked with more than 500 more male and female survivors, empowering them to heal from the abuse they suffered and the many devastating effects of the abuse. Dr. Fradkin is also a nationally known trainer for his colleagues providing psychotherapy for male survivors.
