Pulling out of Georgia; Pulling out of Iraq; How many houses do you need to run for President?

Is Russia honoring its deadline to pull out of Georgia? A very substantive and fascinating discussion of how to deal with Russia ensues with Tony insisting that Russia be punished and temporarily banned from the G8, and that the country must be dealt with firmly but reasonably and Bob disagreeing quite vehemently, wondering about the double standard in effect between Russia's Georgia venture and the US venture in Iraq. Speaking of which: the Bush administration, both Bob and Tony agree, has had to stand down in announcing that the US intends to pull troops out by 2011. Is this better for McCain or Obama? And speaking of the candidates: we don't discuss the VP choice because it isn't known as we go to air. But even Tony admits that the inability of McCain, in spite of justifiable confusion, sounds like either he's too rich to count his palaces or too befuddled to really know what's his, what's his wife's and why it does matter.
