HuffPost's Jordan Schultz broke down the entire Albert Pujols contract situation on Wednesday with Noah Coslov of CineSport. Specifically, he discussed how Pujols' camp is upset over Miami's five-year no-trade clause even though the financial components are sound. If Pujols waits much longer to sign, the Marlins will take the offer of the table and resume their free agent efforts to try and acquire an elite left-hander, such as C.J. Wilson.
Schultz and Coslov also discussed the plight of Bears' running back Matt Forte, whom Schultz believes should play down the stretch and therefore prove his toughness heading into his very own free agency arms race.
