My greatest fear is that, after this failure, we will not have a chance to have a minority's president for the next hundred years...

Government needs to use its’ “unfair advantage”, which is its’ ability to provide high quality health care at a fraction of the costs that are now being paid by taxpayers to private insurers and care providers for government funded programs.

Two choices should be offered to everyone to use either; free public care, sales tax funded, and delivered through a new civilian VA style national health system, no insurance, no co pays, free period, or alternatively to use privately purchased private care.

Employers who select public care for their employees would not be required to pay for or have any further involvement with health care.

A sales tax is the most prudent cost effective way to spread risks while paying for health care and it pays for care as it is used instead of increasing the national debt.

Private unlimited choices could be purchased, and always free public care would be available.
