Arianna,
You looked mahvalus...as always.
As far as VP...Hagel is, at heart ,a repug and would be a poor choice.
My short list,,,Wes Clark, Bob Graham, you Arianna, of course, or anybody Obama wants. He's been brillant so far and I don't see that changing.
She doesn't qualify since she was a foreign born non-citizen. It would screw-up succession should anything happen to Obama (should he become President).
a quote from Arianna - "The change McCain is talking about is all about how he has changed"
Thoughtful insightful poised elegant eloquent ... Pretty Hot And Tempting(PHAT) and babies got back ... wonderful to see the next media mogul Arianna on book tour with the "Right is Wrong".
Great job, Arianna. I agree that Hillary can't be V.P. Aside from the horrific assassination comments, no oone--including Hillary--can control Bill. Bill is a loose cannon and he would cause all sorts of controversy. Not to mention Hillary trying to upstage Obama at every turn. They're like some of sitcom--the Bill and Hillary show. Obama can do better.
What a pretty and intelligent lady and engaging conversationalist. I remember thinking even when she was more conservative, she did not grate like so many conservatives do. She seems to have a natural talent for engaging others in conversation and is not intent like so many conservatives are in defeating and/or bullying you into submission.
The personal is the political----and the way that one treats and relates to others is also a political statement. Think O'Reilly, Hannity and Limbaugh.
Well done appearance, especially on the McCain issues. I don't have a clear conviction on a VP pick though. I think Hagel could be good, and Webb could be good, among some others. They would help on the military/defense side. But the bell just hasn't gone off for me yet.
At this juncture I really believe the Democrats should stop ceding both the conservative brand and the defense brand to the Republicans. Obama should make the case to the American people that his administration will be stronger by doing things differently from the status quo, and essentially re-define what true strength is and what true conservatism is.
yes pick anyone but Hillary. Hillary and her supporters should go independent. Now is the time for a third pary if there ever was one.She should form a coalition with the independents and get away from the hard core leftists like Obama and his followers.
Surely you jest, dora. Obama may well be "far to the left" of *you*, but your comment tends to make me suspect you are nowhere near "Center," and thus, a poor reference point for comparison.
Yes, please do Dora,
You might want to consult with Bill O'Reeeeally. He says the same thing without any substantiation. My bet is you can't make an understandable argument.
You guys just like fearful phrases that have nothing to back them up.
Parrots don't think about what they say, they just say them.
Obama is a centrist not a hard core leftist, by any stretch of the imagination. I will be happy to vote for him because of his ability to lead and inspire a beaten down citizenry. But he is not nearly progressive enough, at least in his Senate voting, for my taste.
Dora, no, I'm gonna call you Condi, because that's who you remind me of, if you don't like Obama, you'd downright HATE me. I voted for Kucinich in the California primary because he was the only one progressive enough for me. We need a complete overhaul not a bandaid on the mess that has been made of our government. Nothing less will heal what ails us..

At the end of the interview Leno says "It's a fascinating read like if he had read it.
Gotta love Mr. Lame-o.
I don't know why anyone watches Jay Leno? not even funny
Leno used to be funny, before he became rich and Republican. Sorry, Republicans are NOT funny!

Alas,... Arianana is not eligible,... having been born in Greece,... but otherwise we could do a lot worse at VP that Ms. Huffington.
Whoever suggested she replace Diane Feinstein was spot on, though.
Go ahead Arianna. America needs your voice.
She doesn't qualify since she was a foreign born non-citizen. It would screw-up succession should anything happen to Obama (should he become President).
Arianna,
You are on my list of people I'd most like to have dinner with.
I'd even switch placecards so I could sit next to you;-)

Always young, fresh, disarming, positive, straight-forward and smart. Now that Molly is gone, thank God we have you.

Way to represent, Ms. Huffington.
"..you might be a VP.." LOL Great line.

I have been saying Hagel for a while also. If you've seen any of Hagel's interviews recently he's vary cagey on that VP question.
ive said it before and ill say it again OBAMA/HAGEL 08... if he is serious about uniting the country he need a ticket with a republican

Define 'hard core leftist'.
Hard-core leftists?!?
