Cards beat Pirates for second Big East win
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Angel McCoughtry had 28 points and 13 rebounds to lead No. 10 Louisville to a 76-47 win over Seton Hall on Tuesday night.
The win was the Cardinals' 10th in a row and kept Louisville (15-1, 2-0 Big East Conference) perfect in the conference heading into their matchup with No. 17 Rutgers on Sunday.
The Pirates (11-3, 0-2) outrebounded the Cardinals, 41-37, and were led by the nation's leading rebounder Noteisha Womack, who had 12. Ebonie Williams had 10 rebounds for the Pirates, and Jadis Rhodin scored 11 for Seton Hall.
