Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. on Wednesday declared a quarterly dividend, maintaining the 1 cent per share payment approved in recent quarters.

The dividend is payable on Dec. 3 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12.

The Piraeus, Greece, company markets and supplies refined marine fuel and lubricants to ships in port and at sea in 14 international markets.
