PITTSBURGH — Police say a set of bronze doors worth more than $8,000 has been stolen from a century-old tomb in a Pittsburgh cemetery.
The theft was reported by the cemetery superintendent. He tells investigators he doesn't believe the doors are engraved with the family name that's on the mausoleum.
Authorities say the 1904 granite mausoleum isn't maintained by relatives, so the cemetery owns the property.
Police say two sets of footprints were found in the snow leading from the back of the mausoleum.
