NEW YORK — NEW YORK (AP) — A couple of new CBS shows have fared well in the prime-time TV ranking.
One big winner was the sitcom "The Millers." The Nielsen ratings company says it premiered in 11th place last week with more than 13 million viewers.
Another strong performer was the Robin Williams sitcom "The Crazy Ones," which took 13th place in its second airing.
Veteran CBS series "NCIS" and "The Big Bang Theory" placed first and second, respectively.
ABC's "Lucky 7" wasn't so lucky. It's the first new fall show to get axed, after only two airings.
CBS won for the week, averaging nearly 11 million viewers. NBC had nearly 9 million viewers, followed by ABC, Fox and Univision.
TBS was the week's most popular cable network, averaging 4 million viewers.
NBC's "Nightly News" topped the evening newscasts with 8.5 million viewers.
