WASHINGTON (AP) — The National Archives is releasing on Friday another 4,000 pages of documents involving former President Bill Clinton's administration, including records related to Vice President Al Gore's 2000 presidential campaign and the 2000 recount in Florida.

The Clinton Presidential Library is making a second batch of previously unreleased records available to the public.

About 4,000 pages of documents released in February offered insight into the administration's concern over Clinton's failed health care reform plan and first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton's role in the administration.

Friday's records will cover several topics, including the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, files from health care adviser Ira Magaziner and the transition to the Bush administration.

The records have been closely watched as the former secretary of state and first lady considers a 2016 presidential campaign.
