Alaskan journalist Shannyn Moore has been put on notice by Sarah Palin's lawyers not to speak crtically of Palin in the media. I interviewed Moore this morning on Background Briefing on KPFK 90.7 FM in Los Angeles to discover what it is she has to say that so threatens someone who apparently has ambitions to be the next President.

Bummer, no bandwidth to hear the inteview :( Guess it must be quite popular.
The linked server is overloaded as of Sunday evening PDT, but if you go to KPFK.org you can listen to it online at their website archives.
Can you imagine Sarah Palin going through the press scrutiny that goes with running for President? Can you imagine how SHE would react if someone suggested she was palling around with terrorists? She would want to enact new laws to restrict what people can say about her. Kinda like now. Except she CAN'T enact new laws - that would be in violation of the Constitution that her son Track is defending right now! ..
Hmmm...now THAT'S awkward...
Censorship is just one of Palin's many admirable qualities. Just ask her fans.
Watch Shanynn on Countdown Monday. She has been a guest before. She's an intelligent woman that most likely terrifies Palin.
Hope she goes on Letterman too.
Just read the email exchange that was published this week from her VP campaign. The political pros on the campaign tried to teach her the folly of feeding the fire with fake outrage and lies. Things that would just fade away are blown way out of proportion when Sarah steps in to defend herself. Some things are indefensible and she should just shut up about them. Which just goes to show she is incapable of learning. She even quotes a magnet on her parent's refrigerator that says "don't explain. You friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe you anyway". But, she doesn't heed that advice, does she? She hears a joke or sees a photoshopped photo (which wouldn't be heard or seen by many others) and she lambasts the perpetrator, which garners the attention of the media and then everyone hears and sees the object of her outrage. She is her own worst enemy.
Great to hear Ian Master's voice on the Huff Post. Ian does the best radio show in America; and the Huff Post should make it a regular feature. He's a hidden gem, known only to us in SoCal. The rest of the nation and the world needs to hear this show. Ian has been featuring Shannyn Moore since the GOP convention last summer - he's ahead of everyone in getting to the best sources on the most important subjects.
I never heard of this woman, her blog or radio show ... or the rumors ... until sarah palin started talking about them. Palin just doesn't understand how to ignore the small stuff. It may seem like big stuff to us out here who don't live in a fish bowl, but when you live in a fish bowl this is small stuff. Let it go and do your job. But obviously she can't do that so quitting was the right thing.
DeeW: I couldn't agree more. Palin is the best source of Palin rumors.
Totally true.
I am reminded of the time Obama was on the campaign trail and he did the "brush off the shoulder" Everyone gave him flack for it (by everyone I mean media and repugnicnuts) Well, it would BEHOOVE Ms. Palin to do the same.
