My own invention of a Guinness cocktail, in honor of the late Pat Morita, was the Ohara. (Pat had a short-lived TV series as a detective of that name - people would constantly say to him "You don't look Irish"). Very simple recipe - Guinness with a shot of sake. Actually quite tasty, but the source of some memorable hangovers. Haven't been that foolish in some years!
