Billy Parish has shaken up the energy world with his coalition of student energy groups - the Energy Action Coalition.
The coalition brought more than 10,000 students to Washington, DC for Powershift 09 and they went to the hill to lobby for a new energy plan. They also convinced Reid and Pelosi to convert the coal-fired power plant powering up the Capitol to natural gas.
