Are we going to work more hours or fewer hours in the future? This is a question that is being asked quite a lot. There's an interesting debate going on around this, and I explore both sides and give my opinion in this episode of The Future in 5. I'm trying to see where this is going in the next five to 10 years, so there's a lot that goes into my answer. I look at where we're going and what's happening in the world. We are seeing robots and automation entering our workplace and personal lives. We are starting to see smart software entering our organizations, and artificial intelligence is starting to creep up, as well as a few other pertinent factors. There is also this element of choice. Just because we can work fewer hours, will we work fewer hours? I'm curious to hear what you think. Tune in for the full discussion, and leave me your comments!
