They have created three scenarios or "worlds" that might play out: the orange world where companies break down into collaboration networks and freelancers are predominant; the blue world where organizations continue to get bigger, and the driving goals are profit, growth and market leadership; and the green world where social responsibility dominates the corporate agenda.
