After earning a BFA at Pratt Institute and an MFA at the University of Pennsylvania, I became an Antiquarian Bookseller, founding La Scala Autographs, Inc, specializing in the performing arts and have acted as a consultant and appraiser for the Archives of the New York Philharmonic and Metropolitan Opera. I've had over 10 books published and have had articles published in Opera News and in Fanfare Magazine where I was a reviewer for over 20 years. Currently I have my own "Broadway Bridge and Tunnel Test" blog specializing in reviewing theater and performing arts events in New York City.
