Black Irish

In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, over several Guinness, my friends and I decided to compile a list of the best African-American athletes whose names could be confused for Irish guys.

Fortunately, I googled the topic and came up with 17 blogs that have already covered it. We hate those bloggers.

However, we've added two names to the list. Please fell free to contribute others!

Well, he ain't an athlete, unless you count truth-dodging as an olympic sport, but Detroit's recently ousted mayor bears the culturally confused moniker Kwame Kilpatrick.
