Jancee Dunn is the author of the recent essay collection Why Is My Mother Getting A Tattoo? And Other Questions I Wish I Never Had To Ask, as well as a novel and a memoir. A former writer at Rolling Stone, she has been a correspondent for Good Morning America and a veejay on MTV. She tackles everyday ethical issues each month in “Now What Do I Do?” her monthly column for O, The Oprah Magazine. She also writes for publications such as The New York Times, GQ, and Vogue. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, writer Tom Vanderbilt, and their baby daughter.
