Jane Roberts is a retired French teacher from California who has spent the last 6 years urging Americans to support the United Nations Population Fund. Her book “34 Million Friends of the Women of the World” was published in 2005. Also in 2005, she was one of 1000 grassroots women worldwide nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize under the patronage of UNESCO in Bern, Switzerland.
