Jason has been coaching since he got out of college. Initially, he coached in the inner city of Philadelphia as an HIV Prevention Specialist empowering people to positive behavior change. Jason has helped thousands of people through career management and transition during highly lucrative periods and unemployment. During his time as a recruiter Jason quickly noticed a pattern of people selling their souls for a paycheck. As a result he was inspired to synthesize his background in business, personal development and a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology to inspire people to uncover and express their “unique genius.”

As a recognized expert in his field Jason’s writing is featured weekly at HuffingtonPost.com. His writing has also been featured online at New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Towleroad.com. Jason is also passionate about the work he does as a coach and volunteer in the LGBT community. He has facilitated seminars at non-profits across the country including Safeguards Project in Philadelphia and LA’s Gay and Lesbian Center. He has spent hundreds of hours working towards the prevention of HIV and LGBT equality..

Jason is a graduate of Rutgers University in Theater and Psychology and holds his Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica.
