They are completely different:
One is an autocrat who ignores the legislative branch of government and rules by fear, and the other lives in Pakistan.

I think you missed a more apt comparison in #2.

Musharaf- National security requires he stay in power.
Bush- National security requires we stay in Iraq.


I'd add that your "most prominent woman politician" shares the view of Bush too... unlike those who she hopes will elect her.
